History |
Norman Otto Totzke (1885-1958) was the son of Charles (Carl) Totzke (1853-1937) and Louisa Frank (1854-1933) of Berlin, ON. Carl was a cabinetmaker, and both Norman and his older brother, Henry, became cabinetmakers. In the 1911 census, all three men are listed as working at the Baetz Furniture Company. In 1912, Norman married Anna Marie Gildner (1888-1930), daughter of Andrew Gildner (1861-?) and Elisabeth Wilken (1868-1905) also of Berlin. After Anna's passing, Norman married Erma Bergund (1901-1982). |
