History |
Boedecker and Stuebing was a partnership between Adolph Heinrich "Henry" Boedecker (1827-1909) and Conrad Stuebing (1827-1883). The company imported English and German books, sold stationery, wallpaper, and other fancy goods. They also did some publishing. It was founded around 1864 and the partnership dissolved around 1872. Conrad continued the business under the name C. Stuebing and Company until at least 1878. |
