Handwritten in blue ink along the upper edge of the front is "Bob Mader". Also printed on the front of the schedule is "President/Maynard Gies", Vice-President/Roy Reinhart", "Sec'y-Treas./Norman Arndt". |

History |
The North Waterloo Rural Softball League operated from 1931 to 1991, and is considered the oldest continuous organized softball league in Canada. All of the players had to be residents of or employed in the community for which they played. Teams from the following villages and towns were members of the league- Bloomingdale, Breslau, Bridgeport, Conestogo, Elmira, Maryhill, St. Clements, St. Jacobs, Waterloo, West Montrose, and Winterbourne. |
