Description |
Receipt pre-printed on brown paper. Rectangular in shape with the title in black lettering along the upper edge. Printed above the title is "Phone 2-8333 57-61 King St. West". "Dry Goods, Ready-to-Wear, House Furnishings" is printed below the title. Spaces for the date, and customer name and address are in the middle of the receipt. The remainder of the receipt is printed rows and columns with the headings "Dept.", "Qty.", "Articles", and "Price". Handwritten in pencil on one row is "Al/1 5/8/Taffeta/1.19/$3.13". "Paid" is also written across the bottom of the receipt. "354097" is printed in red along the lower edge. "In Case of Exchange, Present This Bill" is also printed along the lower edge. Reverse is blank. |
