Description |
Eight identical pre-printed paper forms as per title. Each form is for one month from January to August 1938. The title is printed along the upper edge of each form. Printed in the upper left corner is "Form D.148/Milk Control Board and/Statistics Branch/Department of Agriculture/Toronto". Information is handwritten in pencil. Recorded on the forms are the amounts of milk and cream, and cost delivered to the plant. Additional information recorded includes the amount and cost of retail sales, the number of customers, and the number of producers supplying milk to the plant. Each form is signed by "W.H. Klie". |

History |
Purity Dairy was in operation from 1934 until 1962, when it was purchased by Maple Lane Dairy. Purity was located at 186 Victoria Street in Kitchener, and was owned by Leslie C. Klie (1887-1969) and his sons. |
